Domestic Processing Information

  • If you complete your order on a weekday by 6:00 PM EST we will typically ship the next day if we have available inventory.

  • We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico at this time.

  • Orders are delivered via FedEx or UPS, depending on package size, weight and delivery location.

  • The first counted day of transit is the first business day after your order ships. All delivery times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect addresses, or Acts of God.

  • We recommend standard shipping if your shipping address is a PO Box.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We are happy to return your purchase as long as the product is unused, hasn't been removed from its original packaging and your return is within 30 days of receiving the product. Items that have been misused, altered, or improperly used are not eligible for return (ie. normal wear, scuffing, creasing due to improper storage, wear and tear on bolster covers).
If you purchased Stone Wave The Quartz Collection Yoga Bolster products elsewhere, that establishment's return/exchange policy then takes effect.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please note we are unable to refund initial shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

We will need your returning items to be unaltered and unused with any hang tags attached and packaging intact, along with a proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All products purchased on sale are FINAL sale.
