Where is this product manufactured and assembled?
We manufacture and assemble our product in New York’s Hudson Valley in the city of Newburgh. The process takes place in an upholstery shop owned and operated by a Latina women. The process of converting our material into finished products is completed and then is ready for shipping.
How can I tell if the item I ordered is made in New York, U.S.A.?
We will indicate items were made in the U.S.A. on the product page, shopping cart, and order confirmation.
How long will it take to receive?
All of our yoga bolsters are custom-made. Depending on the status of our current inventory, our custom bolsters can take anywhere from 5 business days up to 8 weeks to arrive. Expected delivery time frames will be listed on the product page, shopping cart, and order confirmation.
Does my item qualify for free shipping?
Due to the size and/or weight of direct from manufacturer items they may not qualify for our free standard delivery and additional shipping rates may apply. We use low-cost standard and live rates for fastest delivery of these specialty items. For the most current shipping rate, please add the item directly to your cart or contact us at question@stonewaveyoga.com
Can I return items?
We are happy to return your purchase as long as the product is unused, hasn't been removed from its original packaging and your return is within 30 days of receiving the product. Items that have been misused, altered, or improperly used are not eligible for return (ie. normal wear, scuffing, creasing due to improper storage, wear and tear on bolster covers).
If you purchased Stone Wave The Quartz Collection Yoga Bolster products elsewhere, that establishment's return/exchange policy then takes effect.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please note we are unable to refund initial shipping charges.
Can I process the return myself online?
No, in order to return one of these items you will need to contact our customer service department at bolsters@stonewaveyoga.com. They will provide you with a special return authorization (RMA) number, and the correct return address; this can take up to 2-4 business days.
